Project's Run : Monday 2nd of December 2002

University of Cadiz presented the first ideas on the evaluation methodology (Carmen Rodríguez González, Eulalia García Cruz). The focus should be on the evaluation of the use of this novel education tool. Its educational capabilities should also be assessed. Example procedures include the keeping of a logbook during the implementation of the lessons. It was agreed that University of Cadiz would have an evaluation scheme by the end of January. This will be discussed and finalized by the end of February.
The responsibilities of the collaborating institutes were then discussed and the following table shows the assignments:

The teacher's workshop is planned to be sometime before or close after the mid of March where the lessons and how to conduct them will be presented to the teachers.
A student summer school idea, discussed in previous communications, is gaining ground provided we find proper resources. This is planned for the summer of 2003.
The meeting ended with the discussion of financial matters. The planned expense categories for the partners are primarily Personnel and Travel (see relevant instructions for these two categories in the linked document ). Sotiriou has prepared the proper forms to fill to ease the project's financial control.
